Iced Tea Recipe

Beat the summer heat and balance your blood sugar at the same time with this super simple iced tea recipe

INGREDIENTS

(2 servings)

2 cups spearmint tea

1 cup coconut water

1 ounce lime juice

2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener (or stevia)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, then add 2 tea bags or 1 tsp of loose leaf tea for 5 mins. Let that cool then chill in the fridge.
  2. Add chilled tea to a mug with all other ingredients and mix well
  3. Serve with ice and enjoy 🙂
