High Protein Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup cold coconut milk

¾ cup boiling water (or hot milk)

½ scoop protein powder

1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp honey (or stevia)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour coconut milk into mug then add protein powder
  2. Mix very well with whisk or fork until combined
  3. Add boiling water, then add unsweetened cocoa powder and honey and mix well
